Baking with Spelt
With the spring schedule complete, classes will resume
in the Fall.
Classes are held from 10 to
12noon on Saturdays in Andrea's studio kitchen in
Oakton, Virginia.
Fall Schedule:
- 9/12 - Introduction to Whole Grains, Breakfast Foods, Muesli and Pancakes
- 9/26 - Challah, made from spelt flour
- 10/3 - Apples and spelt
- 10/10 - no class
- 10/17 - No-knead Spelt Bread
- 10/24 - Austrian Sachertorte, spelt
- 10/31 - no class
- 11/07 - Sponge Cake Roll (Raspberry Rollade), spelt
- 11/14 - Ruggelah, spelt
- 11/21 - Spelt Crepes with different fillings
- 11/28 - no class
