Classes And Fees:

 

  • Small, individualized and interactive classes of 5 to 8 participants. In addition to techniques you'll learn a lot of nutritional information.
  • Classes are held on Saturday mornings from 10 to 12noon at Andrea’s studio kitchen in Oakton.
  • Participation fee is $35.00 per person.
  • Come hungry, you'll eat everything we make.

Cooking and Baking with Spelt

 

With the spring schedule complete, classes will resume in the Fall.

 

Classes are held from 10 to 12noon on Saturdays in Andrea's studio kitchen in Oakton, Virginia.

  • 9/12 - Introduction to Whole Grains, Breakfast Foods, Muesli and Pancakes
  • 9/26 - Challah, made from spelt flour
  • 10/3 - Apples and spelt
  • 10/10 - no class
  • 10/17 - No-knead Spelt Bread
  • 10/24 - Austrian Sachertorte, spelt
  • 10/31 - no class
  • 11/07 - Sponge Cake Roll (Raspberry Rollade), spelt
  • 11/14 - Ruggelah, spelt
  • 11/21 - Spelt Crepes with different fillings
  • 11/28 - no class
